Intro.....

Hello Sistas. And Mamma of mine. I have talked about starting this blog for a while and I finally found time to do it. My time to cook is getting shorter and shorter so I thought this would be a good place for some go-to quick meals. And if they take a little time to make it would be nice to know in advance if it is worth it. I will try and figure out to have you all be able to log in with your own email and password so we can all add. Pictures wont be necessary but they would be fun to add. So without further adieu..... My first recipe..

Easy Peasy Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
16 oz sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese
1 small bag bacon bits (I found mine in the salad dressing isle)
4 green onions
1 pkg ranch dip mix
24 oz hash browns (1 bag)

Mix sour cream, cheddar, bacon, onions & dip mix.
Fold in hash browns
Spread in 9 x 13 pan and cook at 350 for 40 min.
Top with Cheddar Cheese for the last 5 min.

I made this the other night and it was SOOO easy and it was honestly delish. K. Get posting! Love ya'll!!
